
TO RESERVE for our June 22 Annual Meeting:
– Click below green button to access reservation form and provide your contact info.
– Choose “Meeting (only)” OR “Meeting & Supper” option for you and for each member of your party.
– No fee/$0 for Meeting only.
– $25 per person for Meeting & Supper.
– We need a first and last name for each attendee. Note that the registrant/host will enter their name twice, first as the registrant and then as an attendee. We only need the phone number for the primary registrant/host.
– For payment option, you may choose either “PayPal” OR “Check.”
– IMPT: The PayPal option enables you to choose either “Debit or Credit Card” OR a PayPal (account). The PayPal button is orange; Debit/Credit button is black.
– If paying by check, mail your check, payable to “MNIH” with “Annual Meeting” in memo, to: Museum of Newport Irish History, PO Box 1378, Newport, RI 02840
– After completing online registration/payment, a receipt will be e-mailed to you with copy to the Museum, confirming your reservation. If you have self-registered online, there is no need to phone us.
– If you have paid online using a credit/debit card or PayPal account, you will receive a second e-receipt from PayPal, our online processing vendor.
